Complaints and violations

How to report fraud, prohibited content, infringement of rights or dangerous behaviour.
1. When to submit a complaint
A user may report a listing, an account, a message or another user's behaviour if they see signs of fraud, spam, threats, prohibited goods, infringement of rights, third-party personal data, a misrepresented item or any other violation of the Bassario rules.
2. How to submit a complaint
A complaint can be submitted through the service interface, where such a function is available, or by email to support@bassario.com. It is advisable to include a link to the listing, the account email, the conversation number, a description of the problem and any supporting materials.
3. How complaints are handled
Bassario may review the listing, the correspondence, the profile, the history of actions and technical indications of a violation. Where necessary, the support team may request additional information from the complainant or from the other party.
4. Possible measures
Following a review, Bassario may leave the content unchanged, ask for the listing to be corrected, hide or delete the content, restrict functions, warn the user, block the account, or pass information to the competent authorities where required by law or necessary to protect users.
5. Infringement of rights
If a user believes that a listing infringes their copyright, trademark, image rights, personal data or other rights, they may write to support@bassario.com and attach proof of their rights together with a description of the infringement.
