Prohibited goods and services

1. General prohibition

Bassario prohibits listings for goods, services, items, materials or activities that are prohibited by law, infringe the rights of third parties, create a risk of harm to users or contradict the purpose of the service. The list below is not exhaustive.

2. Prohibited categories

Listings relating to the following categories may not be published:

• weapons, ammunition, explosives, means of destruction and instructions for making them;
• narcotic, psychotropic and toxic substances, precursors and related goods;
• forged documents, money, securities, diplomas, identity documents, personal data databases;
• counterfeit and pirated products, goods that unlawfully use trademarks;
• goods and services that infringe intellectual property rights, trade secrets or image rights;
• pyramid schemes, dubious investments, guaranteed income, fraudulent schemes;
• services of an intimate nature, exploitation, human trafficking, escort and offers of a sexual nature;
• materials involving or exploiting minors, sexualised content involving minors;
• extremist materials, incitement to hatred, discrimination, threats and calls for violence;
• medical services, medicines, prescription drugs and goods requiring a licence, where the user has no right to offer them;
• animals, plants, natural resources or cultural property whose circulation is prohibited or restricted;
• real estate whose title is unconfirmed or disputed, or which conceals material restrictions;
• goods and services intended to circumvent the law, blocking measures, sanctions, security systems or platform rules;
• third parties' personal data, accounts, SIM cards, payment instruments and access credentials without a lawful basis;
• any offers that Bassario reasonably considers dangerous, fraudulent or infringing users' rights.

3. Restricted categories

Some categories may require documents, licences, proof of rights or special publication conditions. Bassario may request confirmation and hide the listing pending review.

4. Consequences of a violation

A prohibited listing may be rejected or deleted without compensation. In the event of a serious or repeated violation, Bassario may restrict the account's functions, block the user and, where necessary, contact the competent authorities.

5. Prohibited attachments in correspondence

The restrictions in this document apply not only to listings but also to files sent in correspondence. It is prohibited to send executable and malicious files, materials containing images of violence or sexual exploitation, materials infringing the rights of third parties, and files intended to circumvent the service's protection measures. The Operator may delete such an attachment, restrict access to the correspondence and take action against the account in the manner provided for by the Moderation Policy.
