User agreement

An agreement of adhesion between the user and Bassario on the use of the service.
1. Status of the agreement
This User Agreement is an offer to use the Bassario service on the terms set out below. Registering an account, signing in with Google or Apple, publishing a listing, sending a message or otherwise using the service constitutes the user's adhesion to the Agreement.
2. Subject of the agreement
Bassario provides the user with the technical means to search for and post listings and to use the map, favourites, chat, account tools and support. Bassario does not transfer to the user any rights in the software, the brand or the database, other than a limited right to use the service for its intended purpose.
3. Service documents
The Agreement applies together with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Listing Rules, the Moderation Policy, the List of prohibited goods and services and other Bassario documents.
4. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the service in good faith, to comply with the law, not to infringe the rights of others, to publish accurate information, not to post prohibited content, not to circumvent restrictions, not to interfere with the operation of the service and not to use automated tools without Bassario's permission.
5. Bassario's rights
Bassario may develop the service, change the interface and functions, carry out moderation, request clarification of data, hide or delete content, restrict access, block accounts, review complaints, keep technical security logs and take measures to prevent violations.
6. User content
The user retains the rights to their texts and photos but grants Bassario the right to use them for the operation of the service: to store, display, adapt them to different screen sizes, create previews, index them, transfer them via a CDN or infrastructure contractors and display them in the app, on the website and in search results.
7. Company and agency accounts
If an account is used by an agency, a company, an owner's representative or an employee, the user confirms that they are authorised to post listings and conduct correspondence. Bassario may introduce additional rules, verification or restrictions for professional sellers.
8. Term
The Agreement is effective from the moment the service is first used until the account is deleted or access is terminated. Individual provisions on the protection of rights, liability, data retention, moderation and dispute resolution continue to apply after the account is deleted, to the extent necessary to protect legitimate interests and comply with the law.

10. Consent on registration
Creating an account in the web version and in the mobile app constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Links to those documents are shown next to the account creation form — before the account is created and for all registration methods, including signing in with Google and Apple. Individual versions of the service may request acceptance by a separate user action; this neither cancels nor replaces the rule in this clause. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of those documents in the version in force on the date of its creation; the date the account was created is recorded in the system, and the date of the version is stated at the beginning of each document. Continued use of the service after a new version of the documents is published constitutes agreement with the changes; if the user disagrees, they may stop using the service and delete their account.
